Forms

Design forms in house and fill them in on site or in the office

Inspection and handover forms are designed in the editor itself with drag and drop, with fields that react to one another. They are filled in on the building site on a phone or tablet, and just as well at a desk in the office, with photos, files and a signature, and the completed form can be assigned to objects and issues. From it comes a PDF, filed directly in the CDE, with no downloading and re-uploading.

    • Designed in house

The layout is built in the A4 designer, field by field, with nothing imposed from outside.

    • Fields react

Depending on the entry, one field shows the next, hides it, or sets its value.

    • Filled in on site and in the office

With photos, attached files, GPS position and a signature, on the device in hand as much as at the desk.

    • Assigned to objects and issues

A completed form is assigned to the objects and issues it concerns, so it is reached from them as well as from the folder it is filed in.

A form the project needs is built in the project.

Inspection records, handovers and defect notices look different in every office. Instead of waiting for a template from the vendor, it is built in the designer and is then available across the whole project. It is filled in on the device, with no printing and scanning, so everything stays searchable. Completed forms go through an approval workflow, just like documents and models.
