A project live and usable in 30 minutes
Four steps, all of them done by the project admin in the project itself. Sintrec admins never have to step in at any point.
Set up the project
Set the project's position on the map, its timeframe, working days and public holidays.
Add the users and roles
Add the users and create the roles with their respective rights, and assign the users to them.
Draw the workflows
Draw the review and approval processes: user tasks, task groups and gateways, each task assigned to a role. Any node can sign the document automatically as it passes through.
Start the documents cycle
Upload documents and push them into a workflow: reviewers check them, issues are raised against them, and new versions come back for another pass, until the document is approved and the project builds from it.
A document goes round until it is approved
Upload, review, annotations and issues, new version. The same four steps repeat until nothing is left open, and every pass stays on the record against the document.
The cycle ends when the review has nothing left to raise: that version is approved, and the project builds from it. Every earlier version, every annotation and every issue stays beside it, and is still there to be looked up later.

One CDE for the entire project
Documents, models, and workflows come together in a single data environment.
