    4. Cookies and Consent Management

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some of these are technically necessary, while others serve web analytics.

We use technically necessary cookies and comparable technologies on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG. Insofar as personal data is processed, this is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and technologies requiring consent, in particular for reach measurement and web analytics, are only used with your explicit consent in accordance with § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

To manage your consents, we use our own cookie banner, without an external provider. Your choice is stored only in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future and access your cookie settings again.

    5. Google Analytics 4

Insofar as you have consented, we use Google Analytics 4 on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics 4 helps us to statistically evaluate visitor behavior on our website and to improve our services technically and in terms of content.

The following data may be processed when using Google Analytics 4:

    • Truncated or non-permanently stored IP-related access data
    • Device and browser information
    • Usage data such as page views, session duration, click behavior, and interactions

Google states that with Google Analytics 4, IP addresses of EU users are not logged or stored and that EU data is initially processed via domains and servers within the EU.

However, it cannot be ruled out that data may be transmitted to Google companies in connection with Google Analytics and processed outside the European Union, particularly in the USA. In such cases, a level of data protection may exist that does not fully correspond to that of the European Union.

You can revoke your consent at any time via your cookie settings.

If you write to us directly by email, Web3Forms is not involved.

Our legitimate interest lies in the efficient and structured management of our contacts and customer relationships.

HubSpot processes the data on our behalf; we have concluded a data processing agreement with HubSpot. This may involve a transfer of personal data to the USA.
